These values describe the depth of feeling with which FAN attempts to operate on a daily basis, distinguishing the institution and allowing it to remain focused in order to achieve its vision. FAN's principle value is its scientific and technical personnel ability to grow on the job. Likewise, this main value is reinforced through other fundamental values practiced by FAN’s personnel daily:
