Institutional Structure

The FAN Board of Directors is the foundation's regulating entity and is responsible for defining institutional policies, guiding, overseeing, and measuring the results of the various activities in order to ensure institutional objectives are achieved. It is comprised of 8 people who work ad-honorem for two-year terms.
